Direct equity partnerships with proven local businesses ready to scale beyond one location. Sparrow takes an active role, bringing capital plus operational support rather than a passive check.
Your capital is equity in the business itself. This carries a different risk profile than our real estate strategies: longer hold periods, and returns tied to the business's performance rather than fixed interest.
